This is the only San Marino Blue Metallic Porsche 911 GT3 in the world. In fact, it’s the first Porsche in history ever painted this color, and the car responsible for bringing San Marino Blue to the Porsche paint-to-sample approved list. The feasibility study to have the paint color approved lasted four months, and the total wait time for the car was one year and ten months. However, in seeing the final result, everyone agrees that it was well worth the wait.
No Turbos. No All-Wheel Drive. No Paddle-Shift. Just a pure, lightweight, free-revving sports-car driving experience. One automotive publication claimed: “a greater combination of engine and gearbox does not exist.” They are referring to the 4.0L naturally-aspirated Flat-6 mated to Porsche’s 6-speed manual transmission, and they are right. The resulting GT3 is one of the finest driver’s cars that you will ever experience, at ANY price point.
I’m Franz, the owner of Forman Motorworks, and this GT3 is my personal car, which I said would never be sold. However, I’ve decided to go a different direction and am making the car available. As I thought that I was keeping it forever, the following $15K in upgrades have been completed, and are therefore included:
Full Titanium Akrapovic center muffler delete with titanium tips (+9 hp/11 lb.ft. torque, less 10.2 lbs from stock muffler). Retains factory valves for quiet touring sound and with better performance and "open" sport setting sound). - $4,700 installed
Complete two-stage paint correction with G-Technique Ceramic nano-coating application on first week of delivery before driving. Then, additional ceramic coating applied over top of SunTek paint protection film. $1,800
Full SunTek paint protection film (10 year film) over complete car, less the rear bumper and decklid - $6,500
ClearPlex heat-installed seamless windshield film - $850
Full ceramic window tint - $600
Porsche factory fitted GT3 car cover - $315
Porsche factory OE clear corner markers - $160
Even though the first annual service isn't required until September 2019, I paid for an initial oil service on the car at roughly 1,000 miles from Porsche North Scottsdale. The September initial service will be taken care of by Porsche at no charge from my understanding. Furthermore, the Porsche technical service bulletin for rear bumper cover/taillights has already been taken care of as well.
